    Four of 11 large commercial vessels passed through a newly opened deep-water channel in Baltimore, Maryland, on April 25, weeks after the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapsed, the Baltimore Sun reported.The first of these was the Balsa 94, a bulk carrier sailing under a Panama flag and headed for St John’s, Canada.The ship was one of 11 stuck in the harbor after bridge collapsed on March 26.
